One day to go..

Well, tomorrow is my son's 18th birthday, and where I should be happy, I'm dreading it. I won't go into this any more. If you don't know why, read my posts below.

On the bright side, there's 33 more days till my first vacation this year (we have 2 planned as of now). First vacation is a cruise with Mike and Jeralyn, friends of ours from Huntsville, Alabama. We met them on our first cruise, and hit it off like old friends. It's odd... Mike and I are so much alike and we get along like lifelong friends, and my wife and his are the same. It's like we were meant to meet.
So, we're off to fun and sun on a Royal Caribbean Cruise to Nassau, Coco Cay, and Key West. Fun will be had by all I'm sure.

The second vacation is another cruise in June, with the kids. They've never been on a cruise, so it'll be fun to see if they like it. Oh, of note... Mike will be 18, and two places we stop, he'll be able to legally drink. This will be interesting.

The weather's getting better up here (short lived, tomorrow it'll be in the 40's) and yesterday it actually reached 80, and Aaron (a good friend of mine from work) and I had lunch in downtown West Hartford at Puerto Vallerta, a nice Mexican restaurant, and we ate outdoors. It was gorgeous!

Well, short week this week with Good Friday off. Not sure what I'm doing, but any day off is a good one.

Till the next one...
