Post 658 Friday the 13th, and a Long weekend again! Yep, Monday is Martin Luther King day, so I get it off as a State Employee (eat your heart out Curt and Bubba!) Oh, speaking of Bubba, he has a new blog post up at left (Points to Ponder) where he whines about Microsoft. Check it out. Curt... well he's working on converting me to being "suthern". While I may have my pulled pork sammich with slaw on it, he'll NEVER convert me to eating grits! NEVER I SAY! Hey Mike H, do you still read the blog? I haven't heard from you in ages. Now Karen... we all know that you're one of the BIGGEST buyer of batteries in all of Utah. I hear Duracell actually has a "Karen" division, trying to make them last longer with the G-Whiz product just for you! *chuckle* Well, I have a friend coming into town today for the weekend that I hope I'll get a chance to see tonight. Other than that, no big plans for the weekend. How about you all? On to the news: Well this is interesting for us IT geeks: Symantec admits anti-spyware program riddled with "kits" Sidney Frank, inventor of Grey Goose vodka, has died at 86 D.A. who campaigned on a platform of merit-based hiring wastes little time in hiring her sister-in-law as executive assistant Vampire to run for governor in the state of Minnesota And now... my BOTD!
